1. Shipping Policy

Order Processing Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Methods & Carriers We ship via reputable carriers. Available shipping options and estimated transit times will be displayed at checkout. Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected, package weight, and destination. We reserve the right to adjust shipping rates at any time.

Delivery

  • Delivery times begin once the order has been handed to the carrier.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs (if applicable), or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
  • Risk of loss and title for the products pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier.

Accurate Shipping Address You are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for orders that are lost, delayed, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address information. Additional shipping fees may apply if a package must be reshipped due to an address error.

Restricted Shipping We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order and restrict shipping to certain locations if we believe the order may violate our Terms and Conditions, Research Use Policy, or applicable law. Some destinations may be unavailable for shipping.

International Shipping If international shipping is offered, the customer is solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. We are not responsible for packages held or seized by customs.

2. Return and Refund Policy

Due to the nature of research chemicals, all sales are final in most cases.

Limited Exceptions We may consider a return or refund only in the following limited circumstances:

  • The product arrived damaged in transit
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product is verified as defective upon arrival

To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and provide clear photographic evidence of the issue (including packaging and product labels where applicable).

Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products that have been removed from their original sealed packaging
  • Products returned without prior authorization
  • Orders placed in error by the customer
  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

Return Process

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  3. If approved, we will provide return instructions.
  4. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

Refunds Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times for refunds depend on your payment provider and typically take 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item (if a return is required).

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions above.

3. Order Cancellations

  • You may request cancellation of an order only if it has not yet been processed or shipped.
  • Once an order has been processed or handed to the carrier, it cannot be cancelled.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion (for example, if we suspect a violation of our Terms or Research Use Policy, or if a product is unavailable).
